I have built my career around Education in the last 30 years during which I have been lecturing at universities and colleges in London. My career as a lecturer has seen me training, coaching and mentoring college and university undergraduates as well as colleagues, friends and family members helping them in their personal growth journey. My delight has been in seeing people progress in their chosen endeavours with my greatest rewards being when I see my mentees fulfil their dreams beyond their expectations. 

I am so delighted to take my experience further but this time, educating leaders, new and emerging leaders in organisations both private and public.  Being ultimately in the education business enables us to help more people perform better, think faster, and lead better with the right mind-set. I and my team are strongly motivated by the fact that leadership is influence and not forgetting that actions are also key.
