Courses

The list of courses and their titles are based on the 12 Cs of Resilience. The blueprints are designed in a progressive manner where each course builds upon the other. The courses are framed to follow a logical path of growth, starting from foundational principles of resilience to more complex and collaborative practices with each course starting with a video overview of course from the author

Program Blueprint Overview:

  • Duration: Each course can be a 1-2 week module, making the full program 13-26 weeks in length, depending on participant pacing.
  • Methodology: A blend of theoretical lessons, practical exercises, group discussions, and case studies.
  • Assessment: Periodic self-assessments, peer feedback, and final reflection on growth in resilience.
  • Support System: One-on-one coaching and a community of practice for continued support.

This structure ensures that participants gradually build resilience in every area, from personal strength to collaborative team efforts, using the book The Resilient Mindset as the foundation.
